Vintage Vogue Tagged Striped Dress with Panties + Hair Bow (No Doll)

Includes:  Dress, Panties, Hair Bow (No Doll)
o This dress has an "Original Vogue Dolls, Inc." tag.  It has multi-color stripes and a hook and bar closure.  The panties match the dress.  I did not find any holes.
o  I made the red ribbon hair bow that attaches with a pin.
