Condition: Hallmarks as shown. I believe the maker is S. Blankensee & Sons. However, only a partial mark is decipherable so I am not certain. Date cod C puts this piece at 1927. Cushion is in poor shape. Sterling holder is very nice except for one teeny ding. Some tarnish. Base is footed and measures 3 5/16" across. The holder, excluding the cushion, stands 1 3/8" tall.
