Rodenstock Imagon 420mm Soft Focus Portrait Lens for 8x10 Camera
The lens is in perfect condition.
Manufactured after WWII as it is labeled ‘Western Germany’ and coated.
I believe few of these coated versions were produced before production of the 420mm version ended.
I understand these were made for 8x10 film.
I have had this for a few years but have not used this lens and unfortunately do not see an opportunity in the future.
Mounted on an apparently used Deardorff 6x6 lens board but the lens looks like it was never used.
No coating marks, no dents and no signs of wear.
Complete set with 3 diffusion disks, a yellow/green 2x filter, hood, lens cap, lens board with flange, and original case.
The outside of the case shows some wear.
