Shipment to majority of countries usually takes 10-30  days.  Brazil, Mexican and Indonesian buyers should consider that  delivery to these countries sometimes can take longer. I send all packages with a mark "gift" in customs declaration.

We reimburse a cost of item with initial shipping fees.  Be aware that we do not reimburse any taxes, you have paid in your country as well as return shipping fees.  We reimburse item  after a reception of it in the same condition as it was send.
