Item has been tested and does work. Toy does not work as well if batteries are not fresh. Toy is used and does show wear. Some scratches here and there from normal handling. The blue on the color changing wheel is worn off on both sides of the toy (picture #11). Item is generally clean, but as this is a used item, should not be considered pristine and new owner may wish to do further nook and cranny cleaning/dusting/polishing. See pictures for more details.

All items are properly cleaned before posting. Vintage items with paper graphics or other delicate materials will only be lightly cleaned so as not to damage.
